BASIC Poetry
Author’s noteBasic Poetry was created over time, spanning from 2025 into 2026. This work encompasses my love of language and the complex nature of the ancient poetic form of haiku whilst also providing the opportunity to imbue the process with the joy of creating original works of art.
May Basic Poetry give as much strength, hope, and passion to those who read the work as was received in the creation.
Whilst most Japanese poetic form Haiku often focuses on nature, this collection of poetry seeks to capture moments of matriarchy, glimpses of desire, and explore greater concepts with directness and simplicity.
